At this current time the Orchestra Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) module is set up to work alongside Employee Share Modules that have already been designed by third parties such as lawyers and accountants. Generally this process will involve companies developing ESOP Deeds and Orchestra will integrate and manage schemes that have already started or those that are about to begin, and we encourage all companies to introduce us to your professional advisors who may be involved in managing your schemes.
If you have not developed an ESOP yet then we encourage you to get in touch with Orchestra to discuss how ESOPs work and the various types of plans you may wish to consider. We are very happy to offer our services for free at this stage.
Once you've decided on an ESOP you'll need to work with your lawyers or accountants to develop the necessary contractual and legal processes. In the event you do not have professional service providers suitable for these jobs we are very happy to suggest some of our amazing Orchestra Partners to help with this work.
In the near future Orchestra plans to offer a full end-to-end process for the creation of basic Employee Share Ownership Plans that will work for those companies with simple needs.
