Orchestra makes it easy for company administrators to add new shareholders or stakeholders. New stakeholders can be created when making a share issue or share transfer, when adding an Associate and when adding an option holder.
We currently support the following stakeholder types.
Email notifying users of new Orchestra account
When new shareholders are created, and do not exist as Orchestra members, Orchestra will send them a welcome email inviting them to sign up and claim their account.
Note: welcome emails are sent only once a company has been set to a "live" status. This allows company administrators to continue to make amendments without triggering notifications and to allow a coordinated communication strategy.
Has my stakeholder signed up to Orchestra?
You are able to see the status of your stakeholders by checking a small icon next to the stakeholder name in the shareholder table on the company administration part of the site.

Optional email addresses for stakeholders
When creating a new user on Orchestra, you are able to leave the shareholder email address blank. This means that no email communications will be sent to this shareholder. Email addresses can be added back at any time in the future.
