Does it cost to file my Annual Return through Orchestra?
Filing your Annual Return from Orchestra is free for any company on a paid Orchestra subscription. Please note that you will still be charged file your Annual Return if you choose to file it through the Companies Office website.
Where do I submit my Annual Return?
To begin your Annual Return, your company must be connected to the Companies Office API. If this is not set up, the Orchestra team can help you out with this. Once your company has been set up, you'll be able to find your annual return in your company admin menu:

Orchestra provides you with an overview of key pieces information before you are able to submit your company Annual Return. Please check these details are accurate and amend any changes before submitting.
- Company addresses
- Ultimate holding company – amendments to ultimate holding company via the NZ Companies Office website.
- Directors – Director support is coming to Orchestra in late 2020, make amendments to the company Directors via the NZ Companies Office website
- Shareholders – To make changes to shareholder details or shareholdings, visit the Share Registry section in Orchestra
Submitting my Annual Return
Finally, before you're able to file your Annual Return, you must confirm a statement that the details listed are correct and accurate, and you must make a declaration of your designation within the company.
Once you click on the submit button, Orchestra will queue your filing to be processed with the Companies Office.
