An authorising officeholder is appointed on Australian companies that use Orchestra's ASIC integration. The authorising officeholder must be a current officeholder of the company (Director or Company Secretary).
The authorising officeholder confirms that Orchestra and its agents are authorised to manage information at ASIC, by and on behalf of the company.
The authorising officeholder will be recorded as the chosen officeholder for change approval on the following changes, until you notify us in writing otherwise:
- Changes that you enter
- Changes that your authorised administrators enter
- Changes to member addresses as notified by members from time to time
- Corrections to information held by ASIC, as required
To see who your authorising officeholder is you need to be logged into Orchestra as a company Administrator. Navigate to 'Register' in the left hand menu. Click into 'Directors' or 'Company secretaries'. The officeholder that is designated as the authorising officeholder will have a shield symbol next to their name.
