We take the security and privacy of your data very seriously. Part of protecting our users data involves building and growing a culture of security and privacy awareness. Orchestra employees are required to agree to security policies before being granted systems access.
No team member is allowed to access a client's account without your direct consent, and only if requested by a client for a specific purpose such as investigating an error, or assisting with migration and new client onboarding.
All interactions that take place on Orchestra are logged, and if requested, we can provide documentation of any activity that has taken place within your account.
